7-Eleven

Today, in the United States, 7-Eleven has over 6,100 franchised stores and owns approximately 1700 additional units.

With their objective to ensure best possible returns and business practices for themselves and their franchisees, they retained our consulting group to evaluate the relationship between they as franchisor and their US franchisees. 

Upon our retention, we assigned a consulting team of six to meet with a representative group of nearly 100 franchisees and over 30 people from franchisor management. During a six-month period, we conducted all interviews in person and based upon our findings and recommendations, we provided 7-Eleven with a comprehensive report.
