After successfully operating several company-owned units in Oregon, the ownership committed to grow faster and into more geographic markets in the US. 

We were retained to develop a complete franchise development program that included initial strategic planning, development of a franchise operations manual, working with their franchise attorney to provide all business and operational issues needed for their Franchise Agreement and Franchise Disclosure Document. 

Ongoing consulting for franchise expansion and growth capital strategy is being provided and is an example of how in certain instances, we team up with clients after franchise development to do more.
