Epaga Home Care

Based in Montana, EPAGA is a very successful company that provides home care for elderly and sick people at their homes. 

We worked with them starting in late 2019 to develop their strategic franchise growth plans, wrote their franchise operations manual, recommended an expert franchise lawyer and worked with him to develop EPAGA’s Franchise Agreement and Franchise Disclosure Document. 

As part of the franchise development process, we maintained constant communications to ensure the high quality and standards EPAGA requires in their franchise program. In late 2020 they started the process of selling franchises.
