Johnny Rockets

This iconic fast-food company, founded in 1986, was one of our first consulting group clients. We were retained by their founder, Ron Teitelbaum in the late 1980’s to discuss and help him evaluate expansion alternatives. 

Based on his interest in potentially franchising Johnny Rockets, we outlined and presented him with various expansion options to franchise his unique concept.

From that point on, the company recruited an in-house team of managers to develop their franchise program which today has 385 Johnny Rockets located in 31 countries.
